Interdepartmental Scientific and Technical Council of the State Scientific and Technical Program “The Pattern Computer" (hereinafter Interdepartmental Council) is set up by the Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine and the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine general order for collective consideration and the operative decision of the questions related to State Scientific and Technical Program “The Pattern Computer" implementation. Leading scientists and experts, stakeholders executives are involved in Interdepartmental Council.

Carrying out of the united scientifically-proved technical policy of SSTP “The Pattern Computer" implementation guaranteeing.
Priority directions definition of SSTP “The Pattern Computer" development and annual programs formation.
Target projects making an examination, proposals preparation concerning annual programs financing, consideration of intermediate and final reports of the Program implementation and some works, proposals preparation regarding some works termination and new projects inclusion in the Program.
Consideration of Program projects (tasks) implementation results and their scientific and technical level estimation.
proposals preparation regarding the completed projects (tasks) results use and proposals consideration regarding the batch production of highly technological products organization. These products samples are developed within the limits of SSTP “The Pattern Computer".

To hear projects supervisors reports as for project implementation and to make corresponding decisions.
To create experts commissions (working groups) for the analysis and projects scientific and technical level estimations in comparison with science and technology world achievements.
To control the legislation observance related to copyright while Program implementation.
To submit proposals to the state customer and the main manager of Program budgetary funds concerning Program implementation improvement, increase of research and design technological developments productivity.

Interdepartmental Scientific and Technical Council SSTP “The Pattern Computer" Chairman is A.G.Naumovets, academician and vice-president of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

Interdepartmental Scientific and Technical Council SSTP “The Pattern Computer" secretary is S.M.Sedykh, the scientific secretary of physicotechnical and mathematical sciences Sector National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Presidium Scientific Organizational Department, Candidate of Technical Science.
